Quality Form: While control plans being established for parts that are defined in system can be monitored, all revisions made can be kept in the system. Measurement and evaluation criteria for a material or material group can be defined parametrically in the form of measurement, approval or certain value intervals.

Entry and exit quality control:  Entrance quality control is being realized for all parts that were entered through control plans being established for the parts defined in the system and exit quality control is being realized for all parts being produced. With this module all movements entered in the system can be monitored and reported with single button.

Measurement device calibration:  While features of all measurement devices that are used in quality control processes can be monitored, information can be defined about the department where they are related and people they are entrusted to and information about final calibration that is made can be followed up.

Management of technical drawing document: One document can be correlated with more than one stock card and one stock card can be correlated with more than one document and all revision stages of document can be followed up. Document can be sent by mail with purchasing order form automatically to the supplier company.

Quality document management:  Information about revision processes of documents, people preparing them and approving them and information about their being canceled can be saved and monitored. People on the distribution list can give approval from the system that they have received the document by using the module.

Internal assessment and evaluation: While company is evaluated generally or at department basis, scoring is done with respect to department situation and non-conformities being detected and measures to be taken can be followed up.

Training follow up:  Follow up and planning of all training processes are realized. Besides working in an integrated way with personnel card, it is becoming possible to follow up and report orientation training and other training processes.

Non-conformity management:  Complaint and non-conformity notifications coming from customers relating with products that have been sold can be followed up by companies. If the failure being stated on the complaint by customer is originating from supplier, supplier failure notification form is created through non-conformity management.

Process analysis with the reports that are formed in the system it is possible to reach to indicators of process flows being established per divisions.

Quality supply management:  It enables supplier selection, defining detailed information about suppliers that can be potentially worked with and to monitor them. For the suppliers being worked with, planning of inspection processes, follow up of their outcomes and their being reported can be obtained.

Defining the suppliers:  By means of quality applications that are developed in the supplier card, while suppliers are graded, they can be followed up as being approved and not. While detailed information about supplier, such as machine park, employee numbers and turnover can be kept, supplier approval situations of customers being worked with can be followed up.

Supplier evaluation form:  Inspection of approved suppliers which are defined in the system can be planned with this module. With inspection questions bank, questions per sectors can be created and they can be used in inspection forms. Inspections can be made as general and as per department basis in a separate way. System enables for inspection results to be automatically obtained by mail.

Supplier process analysis:  As relating with supplier management process, various reports such as supplier quality certificate situation, supplier PPM situation report, supplier monthly delivery performance situation can be obtained from the system.

First sample control of supplier:  Measurement and approval follow up of sample parts coming from supplier are realized with this module. Approved or rejected parts are followed up as per supplier basis. It is avoided in the system for purchasing order to be given to supplier as relating with parts that are not approved.

Supplier failure notification form:  Results relating with the failure notification that is made are monitored. Urgent and temporary measures that are required to be taken by supplier are being monitored. Actions being opened to the supplier for avoiding repetition of mistake are followed up with this module.

Follow up of Reclamations:  Labor work spent and additional material information can be defined for the remedy of failure occurring as originating from supplier.  As per the definitions being made, reclamation notification is made to the company.

Supplier performance assessment:  Through the system performance measurement and evaluation can be made as relating with supplier. With criteria such as delivery performance, supplier originating customer returns, non-conformity performance, extreme freight, delivery performance, compliance with delivery dates, and assessment of purchasing division, score and class of company in that period can be specified.

While CPM ERP quality management system enables for entrance, process and final plans to be revised and followed up through the system, it also enables to reach the documents through the system, to distribute them, and to carry all back up and storage processes in SQL data base environment.
