• First of all, preliminary interviews are made by the managers in charge of Human Resources or related.
• After the preliminary interviews, certain personality inventories are applied under the control of our company management consultants.
• Eligible candidates hold 1-to-1 meetings with our management consultants.
• The final meeting is made by the senior management of the company personally, and the decision is made.
• All of our employees, who are decided to join us, go through a serious and professionally prepared orientation program, which lasts between 2-4 weeks before their main assignment.
• Practical personal development trainings are given by adult trainers who are experts in their fields, every year in accordance with the needs.
